Hello there! I'm Dianne Woods, dedicated to empowering women to unlock their potential, passion, and purpose. That's why I've established My Careers Plus, a platform where I share my knowledge and expertise as your career change coach. On my website, you'll discover essential insights into navigating career transitions and practical steps to achieve this sometimes challenging goal. I offer a range of services, including in-person workshops, seminars, team building, virtual one-on-one sessions, and online courses for individuals or groups. Additionally, I serve as a career coach during local job fairs.

My diverse background includes roles such as a career coach, self-publishing instructor, SPED paraprofessional, Director of Outreach and Missions, Dean of a Bible Training Center, and Youth City Coordinator for after-school programs. I've volunteered with United Way, facilitated job fairs for hard-to-place candidates, provided job coaching and training for Flourish Now adult job fair participants, and contributed to various community initiatives.

Beyond my professional life, I'm passionate about traveling, photography, handcrafting soaps, and singing with the Bridges of Harmony Chorus in Jacksonville, FL.
